II.1.1) Title: External support to call oc-2025-1 for the COST Association (AISBL)
II.1.4) Short description: The purpose of this Call for tender is to conclude a contract whose object is to support the implementation of the COST Open Call 2025. The COST Association performs the management of the eligibility check, evaluation and review of proposals for COST Actions in the 2025-2026 COST Open Call procedure. The COST Open Call is a bottom-up procedure where any idea from any discipline or combination of disciplines can be submitted in the form of a COST Action proposal. The COST Open Call is implemented via the Submission, Evaluation, Selection and Approval (SESA) process.
