Lease agreement negotiation support for the COST Association (AISBL)
The purpose of this call for tender is to conclude a contract whose object is to provide COST Association with a commercial contact with the lessor to renegotiate the current lease agreement. In view of the sensitive nature of the call for tenders, the contract documents will only be provided after the submission of requests from interested service providers. 11 MONTH
40 (price) : For each tenderer and based on their respective offer, the contracting authority will calculate the commission due on all amounts saved. The mentioned fees will be increased with the VAT and payable to the tenderer.
35 (quality) : The Tenderer will provide a note (maximum 4 A4 pages excluding Annexes) detailing the approach and proposed methodology.
10 (quality) : The offer will be evaluated with regard to the team which is actually dedicated to the execution of the contract.
15 (quality) : Tenderers will be invited to present their offer to the Evaluation Committee on Wednesday 10 December 2025.
