Motivering voor de keuze van de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking van een oproep tot mededinging in overeenstemming met artikel 50 van Richtlijn 2014/25/EU
Justification: Bei diesem Vorgang handelt es sich um die Revision der Schwungradmaschine, für die Stromversorgung am Fusionsreaktor ASDEX Upgrade. Deshalb wurde eine Verhandlung ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gestartet, die nach Paragraf 14-4-2 keine vorherige Veröffentlichung benötigt.
