II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
The contract aims at supporting the implementation of EU Communication Strategy in Ukraine through:
(a) design and delivery of a series of communication campaigns focused on results and opportunities of EU-Ukraine cooperation targeting large Ukrainian audiences and disseminated across various media channels; and
(b) strategic communications consultancy and capacity building support to EU Delegation and EU projects, including support to public and media relations, digital communications, communications trainings, audience research, content production, impact analysis, etc. The provisional proportion between the fees and the incidental expenditure (media buying and other connected costs) is 40 % and 60 % respectively.
