3) Bezoekerscafetaria, met klein winkelgedeelte gelegen in het Sint Jozefziekenhuis te Mortsel
4) Vendingautomaten gelegen in het Sint Jozefziekenhuis te Mortsel ( 6 stuks)
Deze concessie zal een duurtijd hebben van 4 jaar en is eventueel verlengbaar met 4 maal 1 jaar.
