Justification: Het voorwerp van deze opdracht is reeds het voorwerp geweest van een openbare procedure die niet werd gegund wegens onaanvaardbare offertes volgens het collegebesluit van 9 maart 2020, waarna er met het gemeenteraadsbesluit van 24 maart 2020 werd gekozen om een mededingingsprocedure met onderhandeling te starten.
