II.1.4) Short description: De aanbesteding vindt plaats als een concurrentie gerichte dialoog op grond van het Aanbestedingsreglement Nutssectoren 2016 (hierna: ARN2016) Deel II alsmede de Europees als oproep tot mededinging gepubliceerde Erkenningsregeling Programmaerkenning Tunnelalliantie.
Korte beschrijving: Aanleg onderdoorgang in de Laan van Osseveld te Apeldoorn:
Het saneren van de huidige overweg Laan van Osseveld inclusief het aanpassen van de treinbeveiliging.
De huidige Laan van Osseveld bestaat uit 2 rijstroken voor wegverkeer. De nieuwe onderdoorgang wordt geschikt gemaakt voor 2x2 rijstroken voor wegverkeer met aan weerszijde een fietspad. Aan de noordzijde van het spoor zal een langzaamverkeersdek worden gerealiseerd. De totale lengte van de constructie bedraag circa 235m. De onderdoorgang maakt een schuine kruising met het spoor.
