II.1.4) Short description: Le présent marché porte sur la rédaction d'un modèle d'information commerciale (BIM) pour les processus RH avec lesquels le SPF BOSA, en particulier les DG R&D et PersoPoint, soutient ses organisations clientes. Ce BIM est élaboré en trois phases, dans lesquelles l'attention est d'abord portée sur le niveau métier/processus, puis sur le niveau données et enfin sur le niveau application. Chaque phase comprend une partie descriptive, une conception et la préparation d'un planning.
