The Concession relates to designing, building, financing, maintaining and operating a facility for the capture of CO2 from the flue gases originating from the Contracting Authority’s aforementioned waste-to-energy plant, in order to market it (if necessary subject to certain processing) and/or make use of it for the intended industrial processes.

Een minimumjaaromzet van twintig miljoen euro (20.000.000,00 €) is vereist voor de laatste drie (3) beschikbare boekjaren, opdat de Kandidaat voor selectie in aanmerking zou komen. A minimum annual turnover of twenty million euros (€20,000,000.00) is required for the last three (3) available financial years for the Candidate to be eligible for selection.
- Exact één (1) referentie die betrekking heeft op het ontwerpen en/of het bouwen en/of het exploiteren en/of het onderhouden van een industriële installatie en/of die betrekking heeft op het structureren van een DBFMO m.b.t. een industriële installatie. Daarbij wordt onder “industriële installatie” begrepen: een installatie van een zekere industriële omvang (bv. een afvalenergiecentrale, een biomethaniseringsinstallatie, vergistingsinstallatie, een composteringsinstallatie, een baksteenfabriek, een chemische fabriek, …) die maximaal tien (10) jaar vóór de limietdatum voor indiening van de Aanvragen tot Deelneming in bedrijf werd gesteld. - Exactly one (1) reference relating to the design and/or building and/or operation and/or maintenance of an industrial facility and/or relating to the structuring of a DBFMO with regard to an industrial facility. ‘Industrial facility’ means: a facility on a certain industrial scale (e.g. a waste-to-energy plant, a biomethanation plant, an anaerobic digestion plant, a composting plant, a brick factory, a chemical plant, etc.) that was commissioned no more than ten (10) years before the deadline for submission of the Requests to Participate.
