CSO External Legal Services for the COST Association (AISBL)
The purpose of this Call for tender is to conclude a contract whose object is the provision of legal consulting services to its Committee of Senior Officials (CSO). The legal consulting services shall relate primarily to European law as well as Belgian corporate and labour law, but could have a broader scope if required. The CSO of the COST Association decided to engage the services of an external legal expert in order to explore and suggest preventive and mitigation measures for each of these risks, as well as review the different modalities to cover the risks should these occur (financially or otherwise), to ensure the sustainability of the COST Association
