Asset management and depository services
Resaver Pension Fund (Resaver) is planning to award the services contract regarding asset management and asset depository by means of a competitive procedure with prior publication.
Resaver is a pan-European pension solution for research organisations and their employees. It allows mobile and non-mobile employees to remain with the same pension arrangement when moving countries and changing jobs. More on Resaver can be found on www.resaver.eu
The requested services are for the role of asset depository and asset management. The contract is divided into two lots: asset management and asset depository.

Asset management: This lot involves professional asset management of an investment portfolio focused on equities, bonds and market money, etc., with strategic portfolio management, risk management, return analysis, and compliance with financial legislation to achieve optimal return within the agreed risk profile.

Asset depository: This lot involves depository asset management activities, including safe custody of financial assets, settlement of securities transactions, processing of corporate actions, and support for compliance and reporting obligations to ensure transparency, compliance, and integrity in the investment process.
