II.1.4) Short description: Stichting Dunamare Onderwijsgroep is voornemens om op een nieuwe locatie in Hoofddorp nieuwbouw te plegen voor haar VMBO school het Hoofdvaart College en haar Praktijkschool De Linie. De twee scholen worden daarbij gevestigd in één gebouw. De Aanbestedende Dienst is voornemens één Inschrijver te selecteren die in staat is om de nieuwbouw voor beide scholen te ontwerpen en te bouwen (‘Design & Build’ volgens ‘UAV-GC 2005’) binnen een taakstellend budget en heeft hiertoe een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure uitgeschreven.
