Below-threshold contracts: our differentiator
Nearly 40% of Belgian public spending is awarded below the mandatory publication thresholds. Discover our coverage of unpublished contracts and take a decisive edge over your competitors.
The national procurement portal and TED in a single feed: contracts from the State, the municipalities and Luxembourg public bodies, filtered on your trade.
They win public contracts with GPC Gov
On a small territory, Luxembourg concentrates one of the highest levels of public spending per capita in Europe: roadworks by the Ponts et Chaussées administration, tram extensions, hospital projects, State and European institution buildings, and the contracts of the country's hundred municipalities. Belgian border companies have bid there for years; for Luxembourg companies it is simply the home market.
Our coverage there is complete: 32,863 notices indexed, of which 10,222 captured directly from the national procurement portal, the Grand Duchy's official platform, the rest coming from TED. Over the past twelve months, 396 Luxembourg public buyers published at least one contract.

In Luxembourg we aggregate more than TED: the national procurement portal (PMP), the Grand Duchy's official platform, adds 10,222 notices — including contracts below the European thresholds, which appear on no European channel. It is the same depth of coverage we offer in Belgium.
From the State to the municipalities, GPC Gov monitors the Grand Duchy's contracting authorities.

The Grand Duchy publishes on two separate channels: the national procurement portal for every domestic contract, TED for those above the European thresholds. Watching both by hand means reading the same thing twice while never being sure nothing was missed.
GPC Gov merges both feeds, removes the duplicates and filters them on your CPV codes. Belgian border companies get a neighbouring market with no language barrier; Luxembourg companies get exhaustive monitoring of their home market.
